- 1 medium sweet potato peeled and chopped
- 1/2 bananas mashed
- 1/2 cup baby cereal
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional)
Step 1: Steam and puree the sweet potato.
Step 2: Then add mashed banana, baby cereal, oats, flour, cinnamon and brown sugar.
Step 3. Stir until combined.
Step 4. Roll the dough into little balls, push down slightly and place on a non-stick tray.
Step 5: Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. ENJOY!
