Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup apple purée
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 Cup milk (or milk substitute)
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup ⠀⠀⠀⠀
Instructions:
Step 1. Place oats into a food processor and blitz
Step 2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth
Step 3. Drop spoonfuls onto a medium heat greased pan
Step 4. Flip the pancakes when bubbles form and burst on the surface
Step 4. Allow to cool then serve! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
